Elder Monkey Notes & Tips
- This monkey has a massive Posture bar, so distractions with Firecrackers or other prosthetics is very helpful.
- It is possible to stealth kill this enemy.
- Because they are beasts, this enemy is affected by the Finger Whistle, which causes them to attack both friend and foe.
- Below 50% health, this enemy will often perform a follow-up somersault attack after its 5-hit combo, which is an opportunity for an Anti-Air Deathblow.

Are the white monkeys supposed to be a reference to martiar arts pioneer Bak Mei, aka "White Eyebrows" of the Shaolin Temple during the Qing Dynasty?
I know much of everything here comes from Japanese folklore but the fact that the monkey is an "elder" as white brow characters are often depicted in the martial arts movies, and compared to the rest of the monkeys, are incredibly skilled to be non-minibosses it just has me asking.
