      This could also be a reference to why there was the random palanquin in the first snake encounter and why it didn't straight up attack you. the palanquin was important in the marriage ceremony in the cave behind the false corrupted monk.

        This lets you know that if you don't deathblow the other serpent, it eats you and puts you in the other serpent's cave.

          Does this have any use? Can't seem to find one. Was wondering if it let you purchase snap seeds from the merchant or something if you gave it to them but nothing happened. Wasted my only snap seed by accident :(
