Somewhere, a pained cough rings out continuously, the coughing and wheezing sounds of one who is near death.   The man who coughs seems to be one who frequently sees those gruesomely abandoned.  Even so, he continues to make offerings to the dead. Owning this item reduces one's chances of receiving Unseen Aid.
