Dosaku's Note is a Key Item in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. It contains lore information about the surgeon Dosaku and his "last disciple" Doujun, found in the Abandoned Dungeon.

• A lore note, has no particular use besides informing the player of relationships and events within the game world.

How to Find Dosaku's Note

• Dosaku's Note is located in Abandoned Dungeon, in the closed-off room behind Dojun. In order to get into the room, the player must be able to dive underwater and progress forward to the body of water not far from there (where you can get to the elevator that takes you to Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo). You need to dive underwater and look for a small cave opening, which will lead you to the room.

Dosaku's Note Notes & Tips

• Dojun / Doujun's name seems to be mispelled in the note. Everyone else refers to Doujun as that, while the note refers to him as Dojun. This is likely because the Japanese pronunciation has an extended "o" and this is sometimes translated as "Ou" and others as "O"
