If you defeated Armored Warrior and got Breath of Nature: Shadow then this skill is pretty useless. The shadow one alone is capable of recovering your full posture bar back to none. So unless you don't intend to fight Armored Warrior or are going for achievement, I do not recommend to upgrade this skill.

      • All latent skills stack. Some add up others are exponential. You need all combined latent skills before the effect seems powerful. The first free deathblow healing (given by boss fight) for example is very useful with the early healthbar. By the time time you get the second free deathblow healing it doubles but your health and damage recieved are so large the healing doesn't keep up. If you pay for the deathblow healing skill though that second free deathblow healing factor is doubled again. At that point you can rely almost entirely on passive healling. This skill is the same and won't seem useful until common foes in groups hit hard enough to raise a lot of posture, your posture bar is huge and recovering it takes a long time and having all three passives gives 8x recovery.

Compared to the heal-on-deathblow talents, these posture ones seems really useless, given posture regenerates quickly on its own anyway. Definitely a skill I'd only grab if I was really running out of things to spend them on.

Wish this game would explain if latent skills stacked. Just defeated Orin of the water and got breath of nature, light. I already have this skill, so what is this doing for me?

What’s the difference between this skill and the one (“Breath of Nature: Shadow”) aquired after defeating the armored warrior mini boss? The description sounds pretty same to me..
