Tried using stopwatch just now (1.02 patch):
Gourds (Terror, Burn, Poison) = 30 seconds (No Effect)
Divine Confetti = 60 seconds (No Effect)
All Spiritfall except Gachiin's = 15 seconds ------> 22 seconds
Gachiin's Spiritfall = 30 seconds ------> 45 seconds
All Sugar except Gachiin's = 30 seconds ------> 45 seconds
Gachiin's Sugar = 60 seconds ------> 90 seconds
Hope this helps.

Did a small test before purchasing this talent, using Gachiin's Spiritfall; initial without the talent was ~30s after purchasing the talent ~45s. I assume the talent gives a 50% boost then and more importantly seems to apply to the Spiritfall series.
