This is an important Skill when you're on Max Vitality 20 which is +10 all Necklaces... aswell as in NG+'s is very good since i'm in NG++ now.... I used to ditch this skill with only the 4 others at the first playthrough... but def worth it later on New Game Pluses... Pellets now heal Sekiro 90% of total hp with all 5 Medicine Skills where before it was 81% without this Aroma Skill.... I advice you pick it up when u start NG+ , start farming for 5 SP to invest on this Skill... on my 1st playthrough after the Final Boss Isshin Sword Saint... i grinded about 15 Skill Points to spend it on 3 Attack Power & as soon as i went to NG+ i had to grab this, it helps alot after facing basically the 1st main Boss Gyoubo Oniwa on NG+ & so on. With total 5 of the Medicine Skills it's actually buffed in 1.04 increase instead went from %8 to %10. Enjoy :D

Probably stupid question but is this skill worth it the 5 Action Point cost? If I already have the Emma's Medicine: Potency and only 2 of the Shinobi Medicine Skills. It's just that 5 AP is a lot (although farmable) in the near-late game and there are other things I could learn..
