Chasing Slice is a skill in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, this type of skill is a Shinobi Martial Arts Skill that is under the Prosthetic Arts Skill Tree. Each Skill Tree consists of a variety of skills that are categorized as Combat Arts, Shinobi Martial Arts, and Latent Skills that will allow players to alter and customize Sekiro's overall effectiveness in combat and survivability.

These skills can be unlocked by spending gained Skill Points at a Sculptor's Idol.

 

 

A Shinobi Martial Art that allows one to execute a forward-dashing sword slice after using certain Prosthetic Tools, allowing one to close distance on enemies instantly.

      Love using this against archers and gunners in tight groupings. Toss, chase, kill, toss, chase, kill, toss, chase…

      • It's neat but the game goes out if it's way to give you better safer ways to do the same thing (close distance and keep pressure on). You can grapple any boss where this is Handy or knock them flat or stun them otherwise. It does lead to other handy abilities but it's kind of wasted. It would be extrodinary if you didn't need to refill such limited special weapon attacks by resting.

          Extremely useful for closing gaps when combined with the shuriken against bosses, so you can keep up the pressure on their posture. I also occasionally find it useful after using the spear as well.
